A Tribute to Emma Hutchison

Dear friends and colleagues

I have not been active on my website because Emma Hutchison, my beloved wife and research collaborator, passed away at the end of November.

Thank you so very much for the many wonderful messages of support. They have made a huge difference.

I spent my break working on a tribute to Emma. While mostly therapy for me, I hope that the tribute also honours both the amazing person and the pathbreaking scholar Emma was.
