Upcoming Event: Marshall Beier and Helen Berents on the Visual Economies of Childhood

Our next event is coming up this Wednesday.  We are delighted to welcome in person Prof Marshall Beier from McMaster University in Canada and A/Prof Helen Berents from Griffith University.  Helen and Marshall will discuss their longstanding and highly successful research collaboration about images of childhood as technologies in the governance of political violence.

Both Marshall and Helen are prolific researchers who have produced multiple books including a recent co-edited one called Children, Childhoods and Global Politics (Bristol University Press, 2023).
